🔐 Security

Password Generator & Encryption

Practical security tools on one page: strong passwords, encryption and decryption, hashes to verify files, and RSA keys.

Nothing leaves your browser. Passwords, text, files and keys are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our server or to analytics. You can even go offline after the page loads.

Text & Data Encryption / Decryption

Zero-knowledge encryption executed locally in your browser. Secret keys are never transmitted.

🔒 Processing and encryption happen locally in your browser — no file is uploaded or stored on the server.

RSA Key Pair Generator

Generate high-security asymmetric RSA public and private key pairs formatted in standard PEM.

How to use the security tools

  1. Passwords: choose the length and character types, or passphrase/PIN mode, then copy. You can generate a batch and export it as TXT or CSV.
  2. Encryption: pick AES-256, enter a strong key (or generate one), then encrypt text or a file. Keep the key — without it the data cannot be decrypted.
  3. Hashes: type text or drop a file to compute SHA-256 and more, then paste the published hash to confirm the file was not altered.
  4. RSA: choose a key size and generate a PEM public/private key pair. Share only the public key and store the private key safely.

Frequently asked questions

Are passwords or text sent to the server?

No. Everything is done with the Web Crypto API in your browser, Microsoft Clarity is disabled on this page and no input is recorded.

How strong is the AES-256 encryption here?

It uses AES-GCM with a 256-bit key derived from your passphrase with PBKDF2 and a random salt. Its strength depends on your key, so use a long random one.

Are Base64 and ROT13 real encryption?

No — they are encodings that only change the format and are easy to reverse. Use AES-256 for real protection.
